Parts Beacon is an information aggregation and notification service for aircraft and helicopter parts leads. We do not sell parts.

Important: Parts Beacon is not a seller, broker, dealer, distributor, repair station, maintenance provider, airworthiness authority, escrow service, or payment processor. Listings and alerts are informational leads only.

1. Aggregator only

Parts Beacon collects, organizes, summarizes, and helps users monitor publicly available or subscriber-provided parts information. We do not own, stock, certify, inspect, warrant, reserve, ship, install, or sell any aircraft or helicopter parts.

2. No transaction responsibility

Any purchase, sale, negotiation, inspection, documentation review, payment, shipping, import/export, tax, customs, installation, maintenance, or regulatory compliance decision is solely between the buyer, seller, and their qualified professionals. Parts Beacon is not a party to any transaction.

3. Verification required

All availability, pricing, condition, serial numbers, part numbers, life limits, tags, traceability, release certificates, logbooks, ownership, exportability, and airworthiness status must be independently verified before any reliance, purchase, installation, or operational use.

4. No airworthiness or suitability claims

Parts Beacon does not determine or represent that any item is airworthy, serviceable, legal to install, compatible, genuine, properly documented, or fit for any purpose. Users must consult qualified aviation maintenance, regulatory, legal, customs, and insurance professionals as needed.

5. Alerts are not guarantees

Notifications, watchlists, matches, scores, categories, and risk labels are convenience tools only. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or unavailable. A notification does not mean a part is available, safe, compliant, correctly identified, or suitable.

6. Risk labels

Low, Medium, and High risk labels are internal triage aids based on limited available information. They are not safety ratings, legal opinions, inspection results, or airworthiness determinations.

7. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their searches, communications, decisions, records, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions, aviation rules, and safety requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parts Beacon, Aceon Data Recovery, and related parties are not liable for losses, damages, delays, missed opportunities, incorrect listings, failed alerts, transaction disputes, regulatory issues, parts defects, installation decisions, aircraft downtime, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Information on this site is not legal, aviation maintenance, engineering, regulatory, tax, customs, insurance, or financial advice.

10. Acceptance

By using Parts Beacon, browsing listings, creating alerts, or relying on notifications, you accept these terms and agree to independently verify all information before acting.
